Dear Colleague,

If the above quote is agreed by many, then you must have been thinking of crap all the while. You are so You, that we don't have to play the nice role anymore. I haven't seen someone quite like you before. Go back, You are not meant for the private sector at all. I'm sick of having to deal with you and I'm exhausted from tracking your work and the stress is too much for me to take. Honestly, I could very well cope without you around. If only you could learn and understand the importance of flexibility in the real world.
