Okie I'm not feeling super sad or whatnots here but I'm just missing the food in Korea so badly!! T-T

Eh I felt like I've done and ate so much this trip!
I went for the first hike in my life (lol!); Dubongsan, Seoul
I've been to Busan
I went to Nami Island
I took KTX, ITX and Mugunghwa 
I've had raw octopus (nakji)

My new love for the trip - chicken pops HAHHAHA

& I realised what my greatest fear really is - fish, sea creatures. be they dead or alive. freaked me out so much at the Jagalchi Market that all I wanted to do was to run and escape lololololololol

Happy to say that I have been to Korea, Seoul and Jeju-do!

I've been there for slightly more than a week from 22 June till 30 June 2012.

This trip is so very much different from my previous trips. We spent time doing up a proper itinerary only not to follow it and I'm actually disappointed that I didn't visit some of the places on my "must-do" list - I will definitely go back again! Too many places and cafes yet to be explored and so many things not bought. I think I can rank this trip as one with most regret - why didn't I get more tea and food, and drink more?!! >.<  I haven't got enough of kimchi and I want to try the much-raved Chumobap so badly! Vinegar rice with seaweed? It's only something so simple but it seemed so satisfying!

Surprisingly I actually loved some of their culture there as compared to Sg and I think I'm still very much in love with their streets despite all the long walks and journey. This was really a free and easy trip and with good company that I didn't regret travelling with.


Oh and did I mentioned?  Road trip was the best out of all things. Discarding the nitty gritty and in general, Jeju was really great! It is going to be too much if I pen down my likes and dislikes but hell yeah, I'm going to stay there longer on my next trip! Desperate need to get away from city life


Now that I am back, it feels like having the right motivation is too important. I have been looking forward to the trip since March and suddenly there's nothing left now that it has ended. Demoralising

Margaret River

The view, the beaches, the waves, the glittering blue waters, it's all just too good to be true ! 

and honestly, I don't even know how to start putting the whole perth road trip into a blog entry. I shall try.

Throughout the entire trip, Krys and I were either too cold for photos, too listless or tired, or sometimes just cannot be bothered to take the pictures. Everywhere was so nice and it would take us forever to capture every little thing. and also because camera's battery went dead halfway, some parts of the trip were just captured by our eyes and stored in the brain.

oh the first night of our trip didn't went exactly as what we wanted. We reached Perth International Airport around 11:30 PM and was supposed to collect our car before 11:45 PM. What went wrong from the start was that no one was attending the counter where we were supposed to pick the car keys from. yeah, freaking nobody. and the company's counter phone was not working. 

We panicked. 

We've got the car right at the carpark waiting for us but no keys. We waited nearly till 01:00 AM before we someone came and handed the keys and gps to us. BUT that WAS NOT all ! Krys and I left the warm airport, got blasted by the damn cold weather outside all the way to our vehicle, only to find our gps not working! I think it was close to a 6 or 7 degree celcius, yeah? Freaking cold with the strong wind and us, underdressed !

(I really don't feel like rmbring this part of the trip but I wouldn't want to forget it either) We got really pissed but we really can't go anywhere without that gps. Another gps would only be available at their domestic airport at 06:00 AM !!! We could only suck it up. 

The only place we could go at that late hours would be the casino. Well, at least Krys was familiar with it, and the original plan for us was to head there after we landed, sleep in car, head for margaret river at dawn. It was my first time to step into a casino and I loved it ! The beer made us happy and whatever happened next shall stay in my head. If we had free entry to our country's casino, I really would not know what will happen to me.

THIS is the position I've been stucked with for almost one third of the trip. Glad it was Krys I went with cus I know no one else would have done what she did.

excluding her screams, she's the best person to be with on a road trip :)

It's ironic, I miss their cold weather 

can't think. shall go sleep and will probably blog about Margaret River tour and Bussleton tomorrow

woke up to a lovely morning today :))))))))))) good mood !

I'm flying to Perth later this evening ! I've been looking forward to the trip so much that I think the excitement's down a little.. but ! too happy!  We all need a getaway ! Temperature's cold there and I can't wait to see that part of the country for myself 

oh yar we're gonna drive too! it's gonna be one of the longest distance I've ever drove, 280km from airport to lodging.. nervous though. whut if I fall asleep while driving? x.x

and casino !!

and yar! interesting incident for me to remember;

had dinner with dearest VS on tuesday @ nex, fish&co.

instead of the usual garlic chilli, a sweeter chilli and tartar sauce was served to us

yours truly enquired and requested for the garlic chilli condiments and guesssssss whaaaaaat ?!?!?!?

I was given garlic, and a entire saucer of garlic, only.

Back from a 5 day 4 night Taipei trip~! Quite a perfect place for a family holiday with all the shopping that leaves everyone grinning big big at the end of the day.

It's time to wake up now, it's Singapore.


oh yess and I wna specially mention, that I can't believe I went all~ the way to pulau NTU to give my friend a birthday surprise. unbelievable but I think the hassle's all worth it towards the end.


It's a very very nice feeling to see friends surprised, smile and happy :D

I'M HOME
EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB, GREAT ALL THANKS TO THE WEATHER!!!
To summarize it all, we snorkeled, scuba dived, jet ski-ed, spa-ed & went for this cable car ride to up to a whooping 700m high and up! Aseania Resort was good, not the best but definitely satisfiable. Everything went well lah, considering that this is the first time we travelled together after having known each other for a long time.

SO MANY nonsense and interesting stuffs took place, so much fun and photos taken;
Just wait for the pictures to be out and I'll blog more about it! So tough to express into words oh

gna have a good rest and chiong work for double pay tmw ! :D
